Slow Cooker Porridge

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 160g Large jumbo rolled oats [Do not use small or quick cook oats. It will turn to sludge]
  • 1 Litre Semi-Skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp Granulated sweetener
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon [Optional]

Instructions

  • Place oats, sweetener and cinnamon into the slow cooker.
  • Cover with milk, stir well and cover with the lid.
  • Cook on low for 3 hours or high for 1 hour.
  • Add more cinnamon and/or sweetener to taste.
