500gSkinless Boneless Chicken Thighs[Each Sliced into 3 or 4 pieces]
1Large Onion[Peeled, Diced]
400gTinned Chopped Tomatoes
400mlChicken Stock
1 tbspLemon Juice
3 tbspTomato Puree
3Garlic Cloves[Crushed]
1Green Chilli[Deseeded, Thinly Sliced]
10Baby Tomatoes[Sliced in half]
1 tspDried Coriander
2 tspTurmeric
3 tspGaram Masala
3 tspCumin
1 tspHot Curry Powder
3 tspPaprika
PinchSalt
1 tbspGranulated Sweetener
Instructions
Literally chuck everything (other than the baby tomatoes) into the slow cooker.
Combine and stir until everything is mixed together and covered well.
Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3 hours. Remove the lid and throw in the baby tomatoes for the final hour.
