Ingredients
100gPlain Flour
2Large Eggs
200mlWhole Milk
50gFat Free Natural Yoghurt
½ tspVanilla Essence
PinchSalt
½ tspGranulated Sweetener
Low calorie cooking spray
Instructions
Sift flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle of the flour.
Crack both eggs into the well.
Add the milk and yogurt too.
Add pinch of salt, sweetener and vanilla. Whisk to a smooth batter.
Put batter into the fridge for at least 30 minutes to rest.
Spritz a pan with a generous amount of Low calorie cooking spray and place on a medium heat.
Pour in some of the mixture.. cook for one minute before flipping for a further minute or until golden brown.
