Fruit Watermelon Pizza

Fruit Pizza perfectly easy to make, full of speedy fruit, Syn free and absolutely delicious. It is a total showstopper that’s sure to impress at any healthy dinner party, both in flavour and presentation. It’s brimming with fresh and luscious flavour, and boasting of such beautiful natural colours. This recipe is perfect for anyone who is following the Slimming World plan, Weight Watchers or a calorie deficit.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Watermelon
  • Pinch Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 Lime or tbsp Lime Juice
  • 200g Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 100g Quark
  • Your choice of fruit to top with: We have used Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries and Blackberries.

Instructions

  • Using a very sharp knife slice watermelon into Pizza type slices. Lay out in a pizza style on a board or plate.
  • Pop yoghurt, quark, black pepper and a squeeze of lime juice into a bowl. Whisk for a few minutes until you have a thickened mixture.
  • Pop the yoghurt on top of the pizza slices and then top with your choice of fruit.
