Are you ready for the latest craze to hit dieters all over the world? Yep.. it’s a watermelon pizza lol! It sounds strange but it’s an extremely delicious way of eating an awful lot of Speed Foods! So enjoy 🙂
I think this would be fantastic as a Syn free breakfast or served at a family party as it does look fairly impressive.
Servings: 1 – 2 People

1 Large Watermelon
Cracked Black Pepper
Your Choice of Fruit.. We like to use Strawberries, Grapes, Blueberries, Grapefruit, Kiwifruit and Oranges.

- Slice watermelon into Pizza type slices.
- Lay out in a pizza type shape.
- Slice your fruit choices and top each slice with your selections.
- Season with a little ground black pepper and lime juice.
