600gCarrots[Grated]
130gSplit Red Lentils
850mlBoiling vegetable Stock
250mlSemi Skimmed Milk
1 tspPaprika

Instructions
Put everything into a pan, cover with a lid and simmer gently for 15 - 20 minutes until everything is cooked.
Whizz with a food processor or hand blender until smooth. Season to taste if required.
