Cooking salmon in an air fryer results in the most beautiful, tender succulent and delicious piece of fish and it’s so quick and easy too! This low carb, Slimming world friendly, low calorie salmon recipe takes 10 minutes to cook and it is perfect as part of an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Salmon Fillet (Approx 130g)
  • Low calorie cooking spray
  • 1 tsp Garlic Granules
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180c for 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the fillet with garlic, paprika and season with salt & pepper. Spritz with low calorie cooking spray.
  • Pop into the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Checking doneness with a fork. No need to flip during cooking.
