Ingredients
1.2kgChicken Drumsticks or Thighs[Skin Off]
4Eggs[Beaten]
120gPlain Flour
120gCorn Flour
2tbspPaprika
1tspChilli Powder
1tbspDried Oregano
1tspDried Thyme
1tspDried Basil
1tbspMustard Powder
½tspGround Ginger
1Garlic Clove[Crushed]
½tspGround Black Pepper

Instructions
Place all of the skinless chicken into the beaten egg.
Add all of the fry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Place all of the chicken into the fry mixture and ensure all of the chicken is well coated.
Place all of the chicken back into the beaten egg and repeat the process.
Add the oil to your air fryer and preheat for 2 minutes at 200°C
Coat the chicken well with the oil spray – the flour needs to look mostly yellow from the spray.
Air-fry at 200°C for 20 minutes, turning and re-spraying halfway through cooking.
