Ingredients

  • 800g Potatoes (Maris Piper or similar) [Washed, Peeled]
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the potatoes: Cut the potatoes into even wedges, around 1cm thick, for uniform cooking. Wash them in warm water and pat them dry with kitchen roll.
  • Season the wedges: Place the wedges in a large bowl. Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Spray with low-calorie cooking spray and toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and let it preheat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cook the wedges: Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately: Enjoy your wedges as a side dish or snack with your favourite Syn-free dip.
