800gPotatoes (Maris Piper or similar)[Washed, Peeled]
1 tspSmoked Paprika
½ tspGarlic Powder
½ tspOnion Powder
1 tspDried Mixed Herbs
Low-calorie cooking spray

Instructions
Prepare the potatoes: Cut the potatoes into even wedges, around 1cm thick, for uniform cooking. Wash them in warm water and pat them dry with kitchen roll.
Season the wedges: Place the wedges in a large bowl. Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Spray with low-calorie cooking spray and toss to coat evenly.
Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and let it preheat for 2-3 minutes.
Cook the wedges: Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
