Ingredients
500gLean 5% Beef Mince
1Small Onion[Finely Grated]
2Garlic Cloves[Minced]
1 tspGround Cumin
1 tspGround Coriander
1 tspSmoked Paprika
½ tspSalt
½ tspGround Black Pepper
1 tspFresh Parsley[Finely Chopped]
1 tspDried Oregano
½ tspChilli Flakes
1Egg[Beaten]
Low Calorie Cooking Spray
Instructions
Grill Version:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into koftas (Sausage shapes). Push through the kofta skewers.
Place on a lined baking tray, Spray with a little low calorie cooking spray and grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Air Fryer Version:
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into koftas (Sausage shapes). Push through the kofta skewers. If your airfryer is not long enough you may need to cook first before pushing through the skewers.
Lightly spray the koftas with low-calorie cooking spray.
Place the koftas in the basket (in a single layer) and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until fully cooked.
