Ingredients

  • 200g Fat-free Natural Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Instant Coffee Granules
  • 2 tbsp Boiling Water
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 40g Dark Chocolate (around 70% cocoa)

Instructions

  • Dissolve the coffee granules in the boiling water. Let it cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Break the dark chocolate into small chunks or melt gently in the microwave (20-second bursts)
  • Stir the coffee into the yoghurt mixture.
  • Fold in the melted chocolate for a marbled effect.
  • Divide between 4 dessert glasses.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
