4Skinless Chicken Breast
2Garlic Cloves[Minced]

¼tspBlack Pepper
200mlPassata
4tbspTomato Puree
½tspCayenne Pepper
1tspSmoked Paprika
1tspGround Cumin
2tbspWhite Vinegar
2tbspHoney
1tbspWorcestershire Sauce
1tspMustard Powder
½tspOnion Powder
Instructions
In a small saucepan, add the passata, tomato puree, white vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, smoked paprika, garlic, onion powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, pepper and salt.
Whisk together and bring to a gentle simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Slow Cooker Method:
Add the chicken and the sauce previously set aside into the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir well to coat in the sauce.
Oven Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4).
Add the chicken and the sauce previously set aside into a cooking dish.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken and mix with the sauce before serving.
