500gLean Beef[Finely Sliced]
1Red Pepper[Deseeded, Sliced]
1Orange Pepper[Deseeded, Sliced]
1Large Red Onion[Peeled, Sliced]
2Garlic Cloves[Crushed]
1Fresh Red Chilli[Finely Diced]
1 tspSmoked Paprika
1 tspHot Chilli Powder
½ tspCayenne Pepper
1 tspGround Cumin
1 tspDried Oregano
½ tspBlack Pepper
1 tspGranulated Sweetener
½Lime[Juice Only]

Instructions
Slice your beef into thin strips (against the grain for tenderness).
Spray a large frying pan or wok with low-calorie cooking spray and heat on high. Add the beef and fry for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside. If it sticks add a splash or two of water.
In the same pan, add the red onion, peppers, garlic, and chilli. Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until slightly softened but still with a bit of crunch. Add water if the mixture sticks.
Return the beef to the pan. Add in all the spices, sweetener and lime juice. Stir well so everything is coated evenly.
Cook for another 3–4 minutes until everything is sizzling and fragrant.
Spoon into wraps or serve in large lettuce leaves for a completely swip-free option. Top with yoghurt for a swip free topping.
