There’s no need to buy a tub of coleslaw with an annoyingly short expiration date from the supermarket when you can whip up a perfect sized healthy batch of coleslaw in just a few minutes! This recipe is perfect for anyone who is following the Slimming World plan, Weight Watchers or a calorie deficit.

Ingredients

  • ½ White Cabbage [quartered, cored and finely shredded]
  • ½ Red Cabbage [quartered, cored and finely shredded]
  • 1 Apple [cored, peeled, very finely chopped]
  • 3 Carrots [Very finely sliced]
  • 1 Onion [Red or White, grated]
  • 200g Fat free natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp Colemans Mustard Powder
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Granules
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Literally throw every thing into a bowl and mix together. Easy peasy and tastes amazing!
