10 Tbsp Natural fat free yogurt
1/2 Tsp Mustard powder
1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
1/4 Tsp Garlic granules
1/2 White (or red) cabbage
1/2 White (or red) onion
Salt and pepper
- Finely chop cabbage and onion. Use a large grater or finely chop carrot.
- Beat together yogurt, mustard powder, lemon juice, garlic, pinch of salt and pepper well to avoid any lumps.
- Add cabbage, onion and carrot to the mixture. Mix together well and taste. Add more salt and pepper if needed.
