Literally throw all of the marinade ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
Put the pork into the marinade and stir until the pork is fully coated.
Pop into an airtight container or cover the bowl with plastic cling.
Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours or preferably overnight. The longer you can leave the pork the better it will taste.
Once the pork is ready to cook push them onto skewers with alternative slices of veggies.
