Ingredients
500gLean 5% Fat Beef Mince
150mlBoiling Beef Stock
1Yellow Pepper[Deseeded and sliced]
1Red Pepper[Deseeded and sliced]
1Onion[Diced]
1 tspHot Chilli Powder
½ tspGround Cumin
400gChopped Tomatoes, Tinned
400gKidney Beans, Tinned[Drained, washed]
1Garlic Clove[Crushed]
2 tspPaprika
½ tspSmoked Paprika
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Spray a little Fry Light into a pan (or your Crock-Pot Saute pan) and brown your mince.
Drain any excess fat from the mince. I am quite obsessed with this so i even put the mince into kitchen roll and really soak up any extra fat or water.
Place everything into the slow cooker and stir well.
Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
If you find there is a lot of liquid at the end, place on the hob and simmer until some of the liquid is reduced.
