I was contacted by Skinny Cafe to see if I would like to do a review on their products.. of course I jumped at the chance as I love to do a review.

The Skinny Caffe products claim to help with all of the following things; Boost energy levels, Reduce bloat, Boost your metabolism, Curb food cravings, Aid weight loss. I’ve also seen some people say how the Skinny Bedtime Tea helps them sleep better, so perhaps I can sample that soon.
Another reason I decided to try the product is because lots of Slimming World members in my IG feed are commenting on how they have achieved bigger losses by using these products alongside the plan. One lady in particular lost a whopping 12lbs one week and said it was her biggest loss ever within a 7 day period.

My honest opinion:
After 28 Days of using the product.
Unfortunately due to the cost I have not continued with this product.
I also found after the initial first week it wasn’t really continuing to increase my weight loss in anyway. The taste is “okay” but I do not feel it offers many benefits over a standard black coffee.
It was a nice product to try for free from the company but in my opinion it is not worth the cost in the long run.
