New to the popular Slimming plan? Have literally no idea where to start?
I have been asked many times, to put together my weekly essentials… I cannot put together a full list as it depends on what we have for meals each week but these are some of my essentials that definitely get me through the week 🙂
- 2 x KINGSMILL WHOLEMEAL NO CRUSTS (3 Slices HEX-B)
- 15 x FREE RANGE EGGS
- 2 x PACK CHERRY TOMATOES (cooked in frylight for breakfast and also to serve with lunches)
- 1 x FAMILY PACK MUSHROOMS (for breakfasts or to bulk out meals such as bolognese)
- TWIN PACK UNSMOKED BACK BACON (For lunch and breakfast, All fat removed)
- 4 x REDUCED SUGAR AND SALT BAKED BEANS
- WEETABIX MINIS CHOCOLATE (40g HEX-B)
- 4 PINTS SKIMMED MILK
- MCCAIN 4 READY BAKED JACKETS (1 Syn each, perfect for lunch)
- 2 x SWEET AND CRUNCHY SALAD BAG
- STEAMED BEETROOT
- TUNA CHUNKS IN SPRING WATER 3 PACK
- SLICED HAM OR CHICKEN (i eat loads of this.. either in a sandwich, served with a spud or just to pick on from the fridge when i am hungry! It’s a perfect syn free snack)
- FRYLIGHT (I Could not live without this stuff, perfect for cooking eggs etc)
- REDUCED FAT CHEESE (40g HEX-A)
- OPTIONS HOT CHOCOLATE (Perfect 2 syn chocolate fix)
- BANANAS (Perfect as a Syn Free snack or sliced on top of cereal in the mornings)
