Slimming World promise they have worked that out for you, so you can happily follow their plan without worrying about calories. Who needs the extra stress right? 


10. Will I really not lose weight if I mash a banana?

NO! Slimming World seem to have an issue with people mashing bananas but a banana is the same amount of calories if you eat it whole or mash it! Obviously we always recommend following the plan 100% but I have never Synned a banana!
