Toby Carvery Slimming World List

All of the syn values below are approx.. and the menu is current as of May 2017.

Toby Carvery is a great place to go if you are trying to stick to your Syns.. try choosing lean meat such as turkey.. always remove any visible fat. Most vegetables are Syn free but watch the ones that allow Syns for oil.

There has been a lot of comments on Social media regarding Toby using a lot of butter on their vegetables. I spoke to an official source who says that they try to avoid using butter due to so many lactose intolerant sufferers. I of course do not know how true this is.
