How the tracker works
Choose your entitled Syn allowance below and the colour you fancy. Print your tracker chart and pin it to your fridge each week. Fill in your days i.e Monday, Tuesday on the left hand side and for each Syn you eat, colour in one star.
It’s a fun way to keep track of your Syns.
