I’m starting back to the sw plan, this blog has been such a great help with recipes, I know pasta is a free food so technically I can eat as much of it as I want but I’ve been having it regularly for lunch with peppers for speed but could this be hindering my loss?

    • Fatgirlskinny says:

      Hi Leanne

Yes technically you can eat pasta as a a free food but don’t forget you need to fill your plate with speed foods first and then the pasta. So there should be more speed on the plate than pasta. My rule of thumb in this house is that i don’t cook more pasta than i can fit in one grasp of my hand. So i grab and cook. I also only eat pasta twice a week. Do you like omelettes? They are a much better lunch, full of protein, low in fat, low in carbs.. x
