Sandwich Fillers | Slimming World Recipes and Syns

I love sandwich fillers, mainly because they are so quick and easy! But my number 1 favourite sandwich has always been egg mayonnaise 🙂 Check out the recipes below for creating your own low syn sandwich fillers or the Syn values further down for supermarket bought fillers.

Slimming World Egg Mayonnaise (1 Syn)

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Hellmans Lighter than Light Mayonnaise (1 Syn)
Salt and Pepper

Method: 
Place eggs to boiling water for around 8 minutes until hard boiled. Run under cold water, remove shells and then chop up the eggs into a bowl. Add 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise and a pinch of salt n pepper. Mash and mix together before serving in your sandwich. (Or perfect on top of a syn free baked potato)

Slimming World Coronation Chicken (1.5 Syns)

Ingredients:
120g of cooked chicken breast slices
1 tsp of mild curry powder
3 Tbsp Hellmans lighter than light mayonnaise (1.5 Syns)
60ml Fat Free Natural Yogurt
3 Tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Method:
Mix together Curry powder, Mayonnaise, Yogurt, Lemon juice, Salt and Pepper into a bowl. Add the chicken and stir thoroughly before serving In a sandwich.

Slimming World Tuna and Sweetcorn (1 Syn)

Ingredients: 
160g Tuna in Spring water
2 Tbsp Tinned Sweetcorn
2 Tbsp Hellmans Lighter than Light Mayonnaise (1 Syn)
Salt and Pepper

Method: 
Drain the tuna and place into a bowl. Add Mayonnaise, Sweetcorn, Salt & Pepper and mix/mash together thoroughly before serving into your sandwich.
