There’s nothing like a chunky slice of refreshing, thirst-quenching watermelon on a hot day. While a regular slice of watermelon is perfectly good, it’s also fun to spice it up sometimes. Fruit Watermelon Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Large Watermelon
- Pinch Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Lime or tbsp Lime Juice
- 200g Fat Free Greek Style Yoghurt
- 100g Quark
- Your choice of fruit to top with: We have used Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries and Blackberries.
Instructions
- Using a very sharp knife slice watermelon into Pizza type slices. Lay out in a pizza style on a board or plate.
- Pop yoghurt, quark, black pepper and a squeeze of lime juice into a bowl. Whisk for a few minutes until you have a thickened mixture.
- Pop the yoghurt on top of the pizza slices and then top with your choice of fruit.
